UNFOLD is a sustainably produced fashion and accessory brand from Camden Town, London.
We specialise in creating carry goods and bags with Jacron paper and other sustainably sourced materials.
Unfold.love. has its story too, and I believe it’s a good one. Everything started at the sea. The eternal, all-encompassing and yes, a little crazy too. When you grow up by the sea, as I did, you quickly learn that it gives back everything it gets from us. It’s like the world’s conscience. Collecting waste materials at the beach is the best course in sustainability one could ever apply to. And this was my beginning. The sea in my Italian hometown taught me to spot the unusual in the everyday.
It taught me to care.
Protecting our environment has become my mission.
I’ve explored many ways to make it happen. Going to London and graduating in International Business focused on sustainability was one. Then I opened an events management company promoting biodiversity and helped develop a cruelty-free fashion startup.
This was where my friend and I started studying leather alternatives and eco-friendly materials. Going through cork, bamboo, hemp, tyre rubber, recycled plastic bottles, tyvek, muskin, pinatex, palm leaves, rattan and wicker, we landed on Jacron paper. This is how Unfold.love was born. Why the name? Because there are no limits to our journey, and whatever comes from it, comes from the heart.
Jacron paper is commonly used in jeans badges. This particular kraft paper is a wonderful material. Apart from being fantastically durable, it’s not afraid of water and is made with 100% renewable cellulose polymer. It’s perfect for what we do - experimental fashion accessories. We specialise in carry goods, like bags, rucksacks, wallets, cardholders and more. We work with Jacron paper and other sustainably sourced materials. We are 100% vegan-friendly and do not use any unnecessary chemical additives or toxic dyes.
Yes, Unfold.love. is a fashion brand. But what drives us is caring about the world we live in.
Because when you take scraps and up-cycle them, instead of leaving behind waste, you leave beauty.
