SHIPPING

 

We dispatch all parcels twice a week between Mon-Fri (usually Tuesday and Friday). We use Royal Mail services both in the UK and for International Delivery. The parcels are safely packed and include: product(s), promo material and a gadget.

UK Delivery

  • UK Delivery option available with any order and it has 1-3 working days estimated delivery time after dispatch, depending on which shipping method has been chosen via Royal Mail. We offer 1st and second class, next day special delivery, tracked and signed.

UK Collection

  • Free Collection from our Camden Market Stall available on agreed day provided; the availability is confirmed via email to unfoldtransition@gmail.com quoting the order number.

International Post

We ship parcels to over 240 countries via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Postage is handled by Royal Mail and their partner in your country within 7-20 working days after dispatch. The delivery time depends on how far the country is from the UK as well as the time of the year.

Upon dispatch, you will be issued a tracking code for your parcel. Please check it regularly for shipping updates.

  • International Delivery option is quoted based on the parcel weight and is between £9.00-£29.00

  • Free UK Delivery option available with any order over £99.


Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated times set out above then we offer a few steps:

  1. Check with any neighbours to see if that package has been delivered to them without a note.

  2. Check the local postal delivery office. Sometimes packages can be returned there without notification.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges for items in a resalable condition. Please send us an email at unfoldtransition@gmail.com with your details and we’ll take it from there!
